This heavy duty paper slitter
rewinder is fabricated in mild steel. Paper slitting machine has a sturdy construction and
requires minimum maintenance. The paper reels draws through centrifugal
clutches and tight rewinding is done through a gear design. The paper slitter rewinder machine
can slit paper ranging from 180 to 400 gsm.

Glue
Preparation Unit (Optional)
This machine is fabricated in MS angle with an outer
MS shell and Stainless Steel inner tank. The heaters are fitted in the
external shell. The mixing of the glue with water and the heating takes
place simultaneously.
There is a thermostat for control of temperature and a digital
temperature meter. This enables automatic switch off and on after the
set temperature is reached which results in power saving. There is a
water level indicator with a safety valve.

Spraying Type Glue Applicator for One Side Gumming
The cascade type applicator has an MS outer tank, an
SS inner tank and a gear pump. It has tensioning and gluing arrangement.
Control panel is provided in the main machine. The machine has heaters
to always keep the glue in warm condition. It applies the glue and makes
the reels ready for the next cycle.
