Paper Cone Manufacturing Machines

The Pattern Cutting Machine is a heavy-duty gear type machine. The gear system has an advantage of enhancing the life of the different parts of the machine during full loading. The machine is fitted with paper roll shaft with adjuster, a draw roller assembly and a carriage set with a set of pattern cutting knives. The grinding dust will be collected by a blower.

The Semi Automatic Paper Cone Winding Machine is a heavy-duty clutch type machine. It has a glue tank with glue applying roller for the patterns with a cone washing system. This machine has facilities for winding all types of quality cones by simply changing the cone making spindle and press bar. This machine has manual pattern feeding on the spindle and auto-pneumatic ejection system.

Printing is done on the cone at both top and bottom sides. The machine has manual cone feeding and auto-ejection stripper mechanism. Both offset and water colour inks can be used for printing. This machine can undertake any types of designs as per the specifications of the customer.
