Mild steel fabricated rigid frame for smooth and vibration less Operation. The Machine helps to finish Base Cutting, Bottom Grooving, Top Nosing and Velvet Finishing Process. After all the Process ends, mechanical stripper and the pneumatic ejection arrangements systems help to separate the finished cones and the base cutting waste individually.
The advantage of the machine is as follows :
- No need of separate nosing M/ c & Operator.
- 1.No need of single spindle velvet finishing M/c & Operator.
- 1.Instead of 6.5 HP motor, 4 IN 1 M/c requires only 3.5 HP including Blower Motor.
- A Sensor has been Attached to sense the Cones which leads to Occurrence of all the Four Operations and also Operators Safety .
- Apart from the above we require only one Operator ,and the 4 IN 1 M /c occupies less space only.
